Our service is built on "DevOps" and "everything as code" principles, which means that we use automated processes to manage and update the configuration of our customer's Microsoft 365 environments. Our recommended configuration is continuously maintained by our Cyber Defense Team, and is based on guidelines from Microsoft and our own experiences working with customers. When new functionality is added to Microsoft 365, we update our recommended configuration and deploy it to all our customers automatically. However, if we detect deviations that cannot be automatically updated, or if there are changes that might impact users to a large degree, we work with our customers to make these changes and follow their change management process. The customer is responsible for user communication and incident management.
